Question 1

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

I serve patients from Billings and surrounding communities, including Lockwood, Hardin, Sidney, and nearby areas. If you’re not sure whether you’re within my service area, you can contact my office and I’ll help you confirm the best location and next steps.

Question 2

Do I need a referral to see an orthodontist?

Accepted Answer

No—referrals aren’t required. You can schedule directly for an orthodontic evaluation, whether you’re exploring braces, clear aligners, or treatment for a child, teen, or adult.

Question 3

What ages do you treat?

Accepted Answer

I offer orthodontic care for children, teens, and adults. Treatment plans are personalized based on bite concerns, goals, and timing—not just age.

Question 4

Do you offer clear aligners as well as braces?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I offer both braces and clear aligners. The right option depends on your bite, tooth movement needs, lifestyle preferences, and treatment goals.

Question 5

How do I know whether braces or clear aligners are better for me?

Accepted Answer

An evaluation is the best way to compare options. I’ll look at your bite, spacing/crowding, and goals, then recommend the most predictable path—whether that’s braces, clear aligners, or a combination approach.

Question 6

What happens at the first orthodontic visit?

Accepted Answer

Your first visit typically includes a bite evaluation, a discussion of goals and concerns, and a treatment plan overview. If imaging is needed, I’ll explain what it’s for and how it guides the plan.

Question 7

Do you offer flexible payment options or accept insurance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I work with patients to make treatment manageable, including insurance support (when applicable) and flexible payment options. My team can review coverage and walk you through what to expect before you start.

Question 8

How long does orthodontic treatment usually take?

Accepted Answer

Treatment length varies based on bite complexity and goals. Many plans fall within a typical range, but I’ll give you a realistic timeline after your evaluation.

Question 9

Do you offer virtual consultations or online scheduling?

Accepted Answer

If virtual options are available, I can help you start with a remote step and then schedule an in-office evaluation when needed. Contact my office and I’ll guide you to the best option.
